September!

Hello everyone!
I'm excited to tell you all about what's been going on in Focus this month as we've had a lot going on!
First, and perhaps most importantly, we had our fall retreat this month at Mt. Lebanon in Cedar Hill. It was an awesome time of worship, community building, fun, and learning. We had a lot of new students that we were blessed to get to know and who are really plugging in to the ministry.
We've also been very blessed to have some very successful Thursday Night Focus meetings. We've barely been able to find enough seats to sit everyone! We continually have visiting students who are getting involved in small groups, 1 on 1 studies, and the worship team.
I'd like to finish up my update by thanking you for your prayers this past month. I'm sure God has been at work in our ministry and believe that is a direct result of prayer. That being said, I would like to request that you stay in prayer for Collin Focus. Specifically, will you pray that our students catch the vision of reaching our campus and our world for Christ? Will you also pray that we are a ministry that continually looks for God for direction and that we humbly follow him? Thank you so much for your support and have a great week!
